These terms cover the rules for using Go School Mart and buying from us. By placing an order or creating an account, you agree to them. Each clause has a plain-English summary in the margin.
Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Go School Mart, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to make a purchase.
Accounts
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Let us know right away at gsmkanpur@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized use.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, provide false information, or are used for fraudulent activity.
Orders & pricing
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock issues — if we cancel a paid order, you'll receive a full refund.
Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice, but the price you pay is the price shown at checkout.
Shipping & delivery
Shipping times shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
- Domestic orders typically arrive in 3–7 business days
- International orders may be subject to customs fees, which are the buyer's responsibility
- You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships
Returns & refunds
We have a no return policy. Products purchased from Go School Mart cannot be returned for a refund.
Eligible products may be exchanged within 3 days of delivery for valid product-related issues such as a misprint, wrong product, or a changed/incorrect product.
To request an exchange, email gsmkanpur@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number and details of the issue.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to access it by automated means outside our public APIs, interfering with its security features, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
Intellectual property
All content on Go School Mart — including product photography, text, logos, and design — is owned by Go School Mart or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce or repurpose it without written permission.
Disclaimers & liability
The site and products are provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Norday Goods Co. disclaims all warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded, and our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law doesn't allow it, including for matters that can't be waived under consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the applicable laws and regulations governing Go School Mart and its customers. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
